Glamp Spuzzum is 30 minutes north of Hope and neighbours Yale, BC. We are on the west shore of the Fraser River and north shore of the pristine and remarkable Spuzzum Creek.
noun A form of camping involving accommodation and facilities more luxurious than those associated with traditional camping.
In the morning, zip your yurt right open to welcome a peaceful day of relaxation. Explore the property, including an amazing viewpoint overlooking Spuzzum creek right under a bridge. Take a trail down to the private Spuzzum creek and swim in pristine running water. Or hike down to see the Fraser River in all of its glory. You might come across a family of deer or two or catch some bald eagles soaring. You won't want to end off the night before some stargazing and gathering around the fire pit lounging with family and friends. Just make sure no one forgets the marshmallows!
Choose from a variety of sizes and styles.
With electricity, clean flush washrooms, hot showers, patios and barbecues, the only thing missing is you.
Our property serves as a culturally rich and historic area for not only the Gold Rush trail but for First Nations people as well. The land is a symbolic site and was once an ancestral village known as Shwimp. We’re working closely with the Spuzzum First Nation to appreciate this land and to share its valuable history.
We rented Yurt 1 & 2 for the weekend. This place is amazing. It exceeded all our expectations. Our host Asad responded to all our questions in a quick and timely manner. The caretakers, Greg and his son were fantastic as well. We bought firewood from them. Way better deal than any other place we've been. We had a chance to check out the creek nearby (walking distance). Water is really clean. My kids loved the beautiful peacocks ajacent to the yurts. We also drove out to Alexandra Bridge as recommended. Took some great photos out there. Overall I would give Glamp Spuzzum 5 stars! We are already planning our next visit.
